BI-Asiantuntijat and Falcony began a strategic partnership in 2023, resulting in a comprehensive Power BI report suite.
The collaboration has helped enable Falcony's products to scale into new customer segments and has delivered a significant competitive edge in the market.
Customer-driven development led to the partnership
Falcony wants to give its customers even better tools for analyzing and visualizing data. While the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud database it offers gives customers access to their data, a partner was needed to build easy-to-use and versatile reporting solutions. The Power BI template–based approach developed together with BI-Asiantuntijat brought ready-made data models and visualizations within reach of all customers.
A comprehensive Power BI dashboard library meets a wide range of needs
As a result of the collaboration, we have created the following Power BI reporting templates for Falcony, which can be easily deployed for all customers.
Audits and inspectionsA holistic view of the audits and inspections carried out across the organization. The report visualizes the development of audits and inspections on a timeline, enables comparison with the previous year, and shows finding categories and the scoring of inspection templates. The report also includes drill-down into individual findings and inspections. With this solution, organizations can track quality deviations, monitor development trends, and identify areas for improvement.
ESG reportingThe ESG Power BI dashboard was developed to meet the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) requirements. The report visualizes the results of the double materiality assessment and stakeholders' views on material sustainability themes. The dashboard also includes environmental metrics, social responsibility KPIs, and governance indicators. A distinctive feature is carbon footprint tracking for scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, together with automated monitoring of ESRS disclosures.
Customer satisfaction & NPSThis Power BI solution combines both Net Promoter Score metrics and broader customer satisfaction surveys on a single report. The report is divided into two sections: NPS tracking covers the development of the recommendation index and the distribution of respondents, while the customer satisfaction section allows more detailed survey research to be analyzed by theme. This enables holistic monitoring of the customer experience from one place.
Risk managementThe risk management Power BI solution leverages custom visualizations we developed to present the risk matrix. The dashboard shows both current risks and residual risks after mitigation measures, making it possible to assess the effectiveness of risk management. The report also includes a dedicated view for risk assessments and opportunities.
Safety managementA complete picture of occupational safety that tracks key safety metrics such as the Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) and the Medical Treatment Case Frequency Rate (MTCFR). LTIFR measures the number of accidents leading to absence per million hours worked, while MTCFR tracks the incidence of cases requiring medical treatment. The report makes it possible to set organization-specific targets and thresholds, which are used in the calculation and visualization of the metrics.
Tenant experienceA complete property management solution that combines data from Falcony's observation system and Caverion's Pelsu system through an API integration. The report gives landlords a real-time view of tenant reports, maintenance requests, and Pelsu system usage.

BI-Asiantuntijat serves as Falcony's trusted partner both in developing Power BI reports and in creating customer-specific solutions. Our deep understanding of Falcony's database, the data models of existing reports, and customers' needs enables fast and efficient development work.
We have helped a number of Falcony's customers with report development. The most common development needs have included adding new metrics, developing organization-specific visualizations, question-specific visualization, and extending reports with customers' own data sources.
